Pool Servicing FAQs
How often should my pool be serviced?
For most Perth pools, monthly servicing is the sweet spot — enough to keep water and equipment in good shape without paying for visits the pool doesn't need. Heavily-used pools, pools with older equipment, or owners who'd rather not think about it can move to fortnightly or weekly. We'll set a schedule that suits your pool, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Do you supply chemicals, or do I?
Either works. Most regulars let us handle chemicals — kept in the van, dosed to test, charged at cost. If you'd rather supply your own, no worries.
What does a regular service include?
Water testing, chemical balancing, filter clean/backwash, skimmer & pump basket, surface vacuum, waterline scrub, wall and step brushing, equipment health check, service log left after every visit.
Pool Repairs FAQs
Can you fix a pool you've never serviced?
Yes. Call-out repairs are bread and butter. We'll diagnose first, quote second, fix once you've said yes.
How quickly can you get to a broken pump?
Same-week, often same-day for emergency calls. Common parts available through our supplier network for fast turnaround.
Do you offer a repair warranty?
Workmanship guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (usually 1–3 years depending on item).
Heat Pumps FAQs
What's the lead time on an install?
Stock units typically 5–14 working days. Larger or specialty units 2–3 weeks. Always confirmed before you commit.
Do I need an electrician?
We coordinate the electrician as part of the install — single-phase or three-phase as needed. Included in the quote.
Heat pump or solar — which is better?
Depends on roof space, climate exposure, and how long you want to swim each year. We'll give you the honest answer for your specific setup.
Property Maintenance FAQs
Is there a minimum job size?
No minimum. If you're already a pool customer, ad-hoc jobs are easy to add to the schedule — just ask.
Do you do quotes in writing?
Always. Email or printed, your call. Quote stands for 30 days.
Booking & Pricing FAQs
How do I get a quote?
Phone, form, or DM. We'll either price over the phone or pop out for a look — no charge for either.
What payment do you accept?
Card, EFT, or cash. Invoices issued day-of.
Are you fully insured?
Yes — public liability cover. Happy to provide a certificate of currency on request.
