Pumps & motors
Symptom: Loud, leaking, tripping the breaker, or just not turning on.
Fix: Diagnose, swap with a stocked unit, or replace and dispose of the old.
Same-week typicalFilters
Symptom: Pressure climbing fast, water cloudy, sand or DE in the pool.
Fix: Backwash, media change, multiport rebuild, or full unit swap.
24–48 hr typicalSalt chlorinators
Symptom: Cell light blinking, low chlorine, or board errors on the controller.
Fix: Clean and reverse-polarity test the cell, replace if dead, or swap the board.
48 hr typicalLeaks
Symptom: Water level dropping faster than evaporation, damp paving, ground subsidence.
Fix: Pressure-test plumbing, dye-test the shell, repair or replumb.

Symptom: Bulb out, flickering, or water in the niche.
Fix: Replace bulb, gasket and (if needed) housing. Always use isolating transformers.

Symptom: Gas heater not igniting, heat pump short-cycling, water taking forever to warm.
Fix: Diagnose flue, sensors, controller. Coordinate with heater brand for parts.

Stock pumps, salt cells, and filter cartridges live in the van — common failures get sorted same-visit. Specialty parts ordered direct from supplier with next-day shipping where possible.

Can you fix a pool you've never serviced?
Yes. Call-out repairs are bread and butter. We'll diagnose first, quote second, fix once you've said yes.
How quickly can you get to a broken pump?
Same-week, often same-day for emergency calls. Stock pumps held in the van for common models.
Do you offer a repair warranty?
Workmanship guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (usually 1–3 years depending on item).
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No fixed call-out for diagnostic visits — if you proceed with the repair, the assessment is free. If you don't, a flat $90 covers our time.
