Monthly servicing is the default I recommend for most Perth pools — enough to keep chemistry tight and equipment honest, without paying for visits the pool doesn't need. Fortnightly or weekly is available if your pool gets heavy use, has known equipment issues, or you'd just rather not think about it. Either way: test, dose, vacuum, brush, baskets emptied, equipment checked, service log left every visit.

Heat pump sizing & quotes
Every pool's different — volume, shape, location, sun exposure, existing solar or gas, how warm you want it, when you want to swim. Sizing a heat pump from a single number on a website is how people end up with a unit that's either too small for the cold months or burning electricity it doesn't need to.

How often should my pool be serviced?
For most Perth pools, monthly servicing is the sweet spot — enough to keep water and equipment in good shape without paying for visits the pool doesn't need. Heavily-used pools, pools with older equipment, or owners who'd rather not think about it can move to fortnightly or weekly. We'll set a schedule that suits your pool, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Do you supply chemicals, or do I?
Either works. Most regulars let us handle chemicals — we keep stock in the van, dose to test, and only charge for what's used. If you'd rather supply your own, no worries.
Can you fix a pool you've never serviced?
Yes. Call-out repairs are bread and butter — pumps, filters, leaks, salt cells, plumbing. We'll diagnose first, quote second, fix once you've said yes.
What's the lead time on a heat pump install?
Stock units typically 5-14 working days. Larger or specialty units can be 2-3 weeks. We'll confirm before you commit.
