How often should my pool be serviced?
Most Perth pools do best on a fortnightly clean year-round, weekly through the warm half. We'll set a schedule that suits your usage and equipment, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Do you supply chemicals, or do I?
Either works. Most regulars let us handle chemicals — we keep stock in the van, dose to test, and only charge for what's used. If you'd rather supply your own, no worries.
Can you fix a pool you've never serviced?
Yes. Call-out repairs are bread and butter — pumps, filters, leaks, salt cells, plumbing. We'll diagnose first, quote second, fix once you've said yes.
What's the lead time on a heat pump install?
Stock units typically 5-10 working days. Larger or specialty units can be 2-3 weeks. We'll confirm before you commit.
